The basics of working with SingaLabs.

These terms cover use of this website and outline how our services work. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over this page if there is any conflict.
1. About us
SingaLabs is a Singapore-based studio that builds AI receptionists and lead-automation workflows for SMEs. References to "AI Employee" describe a category of product; they do not imply employment, autonomy without oversight, or a guarantee of outcomes.
2. Use of this website
You may browse and submit enquiries in good faith. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content. The interactive examples on this site are deterministic demonstrations, clearly labelled as examples, and are not live customer conversations.
3. Services and scope
The features, plans and prices shown are indicative and may be updated. The exact scope, deliverables, conversation allowances, timelines and fees for your project are set out in your engagement agreement. Typical simple implementations can go live within 5–10 business days, but timing depends on channels, integrations, data readiness and Meta approval.
4. Third-party platforms and fees
Our workflows rely on third-party platforms (for example, the WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting and CRM tools). These providers charge their own fees and set their own terms, eligibility and availability — including for connecting existing WhatsApp Business numbers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party platforms, and their charges are billed separately.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect through any workflow we build, for obtaining any necessary consents (including for marketing messages), and for the accuracy of the business information you provide to us.
6. What our AI does not do
Our assistants provide administrative automation only. They do not provide financial, legal, medical or other regulated advice, diagnosis or triage, and they hand off to a human when confidence is low or a restricted topic arises.
7. Fees and cancellation
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel in accordance with the notice period in your agreement. On off-boarding you can export your lead and conversation data; we will outline the steps in your agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SingaLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
