Privacy Notice
How we handle personal data at SingaLabs.

This notice explains how SingaLabs ("we", "us") handles personal data for our own website and business enquiries. When we build a workflow for a client, that client is the data controller for their customers' data; we act as their service provider under a separate agreement.
1. What data we collect
When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you provide, such as:
- Your name and business name;
- Contact details (WhatsApp number, email);
- Your industry, current lead channels and the problem you want to solve;
- Any plan interest, configurator selections, or message content you submit;
- Basic technical data (such as your browser type) if analytics is enabled.
2. Why we collect it
We use your data for clearly defined purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo;
- To prepare a relevant proposal and, if you proceed, to deliver the service;
- To improve our website and offering (in aggregate);
- To send you optional updates only if you have given separate marketing consent.
3. Who it may be shared with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted processors strictly to operate our business, for example:
- Our website host and form provider (e.g. Netlify);
- Communication tools we use to reply to you;
- Analytics providers, only where analytics is enabled.
We require these processors to handle data appropriately and only for the purposes we specify.
4. Cross-border processing
Some processors may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps so the data continues to receive a comparable standard of protection, consistent with the PDPA's transfer limitation obligation.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legal and accounting reasons, after which it is deleted or anonymised. For client engagements, retention is configured around your stated purposes and agreed in your contract.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent (including for marketing) at any time. We will respond within a reasonable period. To make a request, contact our data protection contact below.
